The contractor shall coordinate and organise the trouble-free and proper operation of the accommodation facility. In doing so, the contractor ensures compliance with the legal provisions for the operation of a shared accommodation in consultation with the local authorities (e.g. Infection hygiene according to IfSG with the local health department etc.).
The country's reception centres also accommodate persons who are subject to an enforceable obligation to leave the country. These persons can be contacted by the responsible ZAB from the institution -if necessary. are either returned to their country of origin or transferred to another EU member state by force.
The statutory accident prevention regulations, the general labour law requirements and the regulations of the employers' liability insurance association must be complied with. The contractor is solely responsible for this. This also applies to fire prevention regulations and applicable fire safety regulations. The contractor must observe the general fire protection requirements, which arise, for example, from building regulations.
When using hazardous substances, the contractor undertakes:
- to instruct and document its personnel in accordance with the legal regulations before the work assignment
- to inform its personnel of any hazards occurring by means of operating instructions and to point out appropriate protective measures,
- Clearly identify containers with symbols in accordance with the Dangerous Goods Ordinance
- comply with the requirements of the employers' liability insurance association with regard to handling and accident prevention
- to equip its personnel with appropriate protective clothing
- to inform the client in advance about the use and scope of these substances in advance and in the event of any change without being requested to do so in writing
The Contractor shall ensure that the furniture, equipment, materials, play equipment, consumables, etc. do not present any hazards and are used in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations. When equipping, the contractor also pays attention to preventive fire protection.
Lot 2:
The contractor shall guarantee the safety of the respective accommodation facilities, their undisturbed operation as well as the safety of the persons accommodated there and the employees there in accordance with the safety concept drawn up by him, to be submitted with the offer and to be updated during the execution of the contract. The security concept explains how the general security services and gate services described in more detail in this service description are implemented and, if necessary, which additional services are provided. The contractor shall provide its services in consistently high quality.
The contractor shall have access to all necessary building facilities and premises necessary for the performance of the contract.
The employees employed do not perform any sovereign tasks. They carry out their work within the framework of the rights to which everyone is entitled. The employees employed may not carry any firearms, cut and thrust weapons or irritant spray devices during the service. The wearing of other dangerous objects (e.g. sand gloves) is also prohibited. The use of violence is fundamentally avoided. The security personnel deployed have a de-escalating effect on those affected in the event of conflicts.
Lot 3:
The contractor shall provide the full catering required at the locations for the persons accommodated there 365 days a year. The catering facilities for persons working on the premises are not to be taken into account.
The "facility-specific list" shows which catering variant is currently used in the facility and what options the contractor has for producing the catering on site. The "facility-specific list" shows what capacities exist in the canteen / food distribution in the respective facility.
The client shall provide the premises necessary for the distribution and - if available - the premises necessary for the production of the catering. A detailed list can be found in the "institution-specific list". The list shows which devices or technical equipment are already the property of the client. If additional equipment is required for the preparation or distribution of meals, the contractor shall supplement them at his own expense.
If the catering offer is to be used by employees of the client, by employees of a third party commissioned by the client or by other actors working in the facility, the client shall coordinate with the contractor on site whether and to what extent employees can claim this.
Residents can be deployed in the canteen area by the care service provider as part of the job exchange.
The general tasks include in particular:
- full board of the accommodated persons
- the distribution of food
No costs will be charged by the contractor for the persons accommodated.
