Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (the Authority) is issuing this Invitation to Tender (ITT) in connection with the competitive procurement of STI self-testing and treatment services and oral contraception distribution utilising the light touch regime as defined under Public Contracts Regulation 2015, Regulations 74 to 77.
