The municipality of Bergen op Zoom is awarding the present contract for the Brabantse Wal municipalities: Bergen op Zoom, Steenbergen, Woensdrecht and for the municipality of Tholen (hereinafter referred to as: municipalities).

Municipalities are responsible for supervising the Drinking and Catering Act. Supervision of DHW by municipalities consists in principle of two types of checks; controls on age limits and other controls on provisions from the Beverage and Catering Act and related regulations. The municipality of Bergen op Zoom is the point of contact and coordinator.

The purpose of the tender is to enter into an agreement with 1 contractor for the implementation of the controls under the Beverage and Catering Act, including reports and services related to this. This agreement is concluded by the municipality of Bergen op Zoom for the municipalities.

The agreement starts on 1.6.2020 and has a duration of 2 years. Extension options: 2 times with 1 year.

The purpose of the tender is to enter into an agreement with 1 contractor for the performance of the controls under the Drinking and Catering Act, including reports and services related to this. This agreement is concluded by the municipality of Bergen op Zoom for the municipalities.

The implementation of the DHW is part of the broad pole; execution of the BOA domain I and BOA domain II tasks under the direction of the municipality of Bergen op Zoom, for the municipalities of Tholen, Steenbergen, Woensdrecht and Bergen op Zoom. The municipality of Bergen op Zoom is the point of contact and coordinator.
