The contracting authority wishes, also on behalf of the Participating Services, to conclude an Agreement with one market party that carries out the processing of the Monostreams of organic waste and SWILL during the term. The assignment concerns the processing of the Monostromen GFT and SWILL throughout the Netherlands, excluding the provinces of Utrecht and South Holland. Part of the assignment is the emptying and cleaning of the delivered packaging with every delivery.
