In accordance with the provisions of article 16 of the LCSP, the purpose of the contract is the acquisition of vehicles for the provision of the urban passenger transport service as part of EMTSAM's bus fleet, according to the conditions established in the Technical Specifications.The technical specifications of the goods are expressly described in the Specific Technical Specifications.The supply includes the transport and distribution of the goods, object of this contract, in accordance with the destinations specified in the corresponding Technical Specifications.- The vehicles subject to the contract are low-floor urban buses, Midibus type, with a maximum length between 8 and 9.6 meters.-100% electric propulsion and type of night charging in depots.-Equipped with a kneeling device on its right side. Charging systems for these vehicles will not be the subject of this tender.
