The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to provide services consisting of the designation of a mailinghouse (= full mailing processing) to meet the diverse needs of potential entities that will participate in this contract.

The framework agreement covers 2 to 4 mailings addressed, as well as other non-defined mailings. The framework agreement is subdivided into 2 lots, each with mandatory options (see point I.15). Mandatory options:

- lot 1: mailing: supplementary insurance,

- lot 2: various mailing under cover.
