The service of collecting and managing municipal waste from all owners of residential property located in the Dębica commune in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage.

I. The subject of this contract is:

1. The service of collecting and managing municipal waste from all owners of residential property located in the municipality of Dębica in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage.

Expected amount of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste to be collected and managed during the contract period: 3 300 Mg.

Expected quantity of municipal waste collected selectively, which should be collected and managed during the contract period: 1 600 Mg.

2. The contract covers the following types of municipal waste:

1) collected directly from residential areas: unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01), paper (15 01 01, 20 01 01), metal (15 01 04, 20 01 40), plastics (15 01 02, 20 01 39), glass (15 01 07, 20 01 02), multi-material packaging (15 01 05), bio waste (20 01 08, 20 02 01), other non-specified selectively collected fractions - ash (ex 20 01 99) by collecting bags with municipal waste and emptying containers with municipal waste and transporting them;

2) collected as part of an ad hoc collection: waste electrical and electronic equipment

(20 01 23, 20 01 35 *, 20 01 36), furniture and other bulky waste (20 03 07), worn tires (16 01 03);

3) collected at pharmacies and health centers designated by the municipality of Dębica: out-of-date medicines (20 01 32);

4) collected from collection points organized in schools: used batteries

(20 01 34).

3. Running a customer service point (POK) in the Dębica commune.

4. Developing a schedule for municipal waste collection from residents.

5. Conducting information and educational activities.

Date of service:

from the day of concluding the contract until 31/12/2020.
