The subject of the contract is the design and delivery and installation of boilers for gasification of wood and biomass, gas boilers and air heat pumps in the Opoczno Municipality, which is carried out within the framework of the project: “Reducing pollution emissions by exchange of heat sources in the territory of the Municipality of Opoczno Commune Opoczno” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”). The order is divided into 3 parts.
Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of boiler facilities for gasification of wood and biomass.PART 1 OF THE ORDERS — Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of boiler plants for gasification of wood and biomass, which is carried out within the framework of the project: “Reducing pollution emissions through heat exchange in the Municipality of Opoczno”, including in particular:
1) the development of design documentation (obtaining the required rules of the decision of the architectural and construction administration authority, including: notification of construction works, construction permits, if required and other required provisions of the law of decisions, permits, arrangements, notifications),
2) delivery of equipment and installation elements (including CO detection system), dismantling of existing equipment on site and installation of boilers based on the executed design documentation with commissioning,
3) replacement of 15 pieces of boiler plant installation for gasification of wood and biomass located in private residential buildings with usable space up to 300 m2 as below:
a) set 1: boiler for gasification of wood with a minimum capacity of 19.5 kW — 1 pc. ,
b) set 2: boiler for gasification of wood with a minimum capacity of 19.5 kW with capacitive heater c.w.u. — 2 pcs. ,
c) set 3: biomass boiler (pellet) with a minimum capacity of 14.5 kW — 2 pcs. ,
d) set 4: biomass boiler (pellet) with a minimum capacity of 14.5 kW with capacitive heater c.w.u.— 4 pcs. ,
e) set 5: biomass boiler (pellet) with a minimum capacity of 19.5 kW — 1 pc. ,
f) set 6: biomass boiler (pellet) with a minimum capacity of 19.5 kW with capacitive heater c.w.u. — 5 pcs. ,
4) train users as to the principles of proper operation of the mounted boiler together with the development of detailed instructions for use and their transfer to users.
4.3. The detailed scope of work to be carried out by the Contractor is described in the PFU, which provides (Annex No 1 to SWZ)
Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of gas boiler installations.PART 2 ORDERS — Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of gas boiler plants.
1. Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of the gas boiler plant plant, which is carried out within the framework of the project: “Reducing pollution emissions by exchange of heat sources in the Municipality of Opoczno”, including in particular:
1) the development of design documentation (obtaining the required rules of the decision of the architectural and construction administration authority, including: notification of construction works, construction permits, if required and other required provisions of the law of decisions, permits, arrangements, notifications),
2) delivery of equipment and installation elements (including gas detection system and CO), construction of external gas installation (for gas box or LPG tank), delivery and installation of the LPG tank together with the foundation and grounding for boilers for liquid gas, carrying out on the site of dismantling existing devices
installation and installation of boilers based on the executed design documentation with commissioning.
3) Preparation by the Contractor for the user of all documents required to receive the LPG tank by UDT, and the user will apply for reception to UDT,
4) replacement of 42 pieces of installation of gas boiler rooms for private residential buildings and 7 pieces of installation of gas boiler rooms for public buildings as below:
Installations located in a residential building with usable area up to 300 m2:
a) set 1:1-function boiler for natural gas with a power min. 14.5 kW — 3 pcs.
b) set 2:1-function boiler for natural gas with power min. 14.5 kW with capacitive heater c.w.u. — 10 pcs.
c) set 3:1-function boiler for natural gas with a power min. 19.5 kW — 1 pc.
d) set 4:1-function boiler for natural gas with a power min. 19.5 kW with capacitive heater c.w.u. — 8 pcs.
e) set 5:1-function boiler for natural gas with a power min. 27.5 kW with capacitive heater c.w.u. — 3 pcs.
f) set 6:2-function boiler for natural gas with a power min. 21,5 kW — 7 pcs.
g) set 7:1-function boiler for liquid gas with a power of min. 14.5 kW with capacitive heater c.w.u. — 2 pcs.
h) set 8:1-function boiler for liquid gas with a power min. 19.5 kW with capacitive heater c.w.u. — 4 pcs.
i) set 9:2-function boiler for liquid gas with a power min. 21,5 kW — 2 pcs.
j) set 10:2-function boiler for liquid gas with a power min. 25.5 kW — 1 pc.
Installations located outside the apartment building:
a) set 1:1-function boiler for liquid gas with a power min. 19.5 kW with capacitive heater c.w.u. — 1 pc.
Installations located in the public building:
a) set 1:1-function boiler for liquid gas with a power min. 27.5 kW — 1 pc.
b) set 2:1-function boiler for liquid gas with a power min. 27.5 kW with capacitive heater c.w.u. — 3 pcs.
c) set 3:1-function boiler for liquid gas with a power min. 49.5 kW — 1 pc.
d) set 4:1-function boiler for liquid gas with a power min. 49.5 kW with capacitive heater c.w.u. — 1 pc.
e) set 5:1-function boiler for liquid gas with a power min. 99.0 kW with capacitive heater c.w.u. — 1 pc.
5) training users as to the principles of proper operation of the mounted gas boiler with the development of detailed instructions for use and their transmission to users.

Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of air heat pumps.PART 3 ORDERS — Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of air heat pumps.
1. Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of air heat pumps, which is carried out within the framework of the project: “Reducing pollutant emissions by exchange of heat sources in the Municipality of Opoczno”, including in particular:
1) the development of design documentation (obtaining the required provisions of the decision of the authority of the architectural and construction administration, including: submissions of construction works, construction permits, if it is
required and other required by law of decisions, licences, arrangements, notifications),
2) delivery of equipment and installation elements (including heat buffer), dismantling of existing equipment on site and installation of heat pumps based on the executed design documentation
with the execution of the foundation, commissioning,
3) replacement of 5 pieces of air heat pump installation for private residential buildings as below:
Installations located in a residential building with usable area up to 300 m2:
a) set 1: air heat pump with power min. 11.5 kW with hot water heater — 1 pc.
b) set 2: air heat pump with power min. 17.5 kW with hot water heater — 4 pcs.
4) training users as to the principles of proper operation of the mounted heat pump together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transmission to users,
