1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of an automatic formalin dosing system for biological samples together with the necessary consumables and accessories for the needs of the Operating Blocks of the L. Rydygier Provincial Hospital in Toruń.

The assortment-quantity-price specification of the subject of the contract with a description of the subject of the contract, the required technical and functional parameters and other quality requirements relating to the main elements making up the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is obliged to fill in and attach to the offer at the stage of its submission.
