Locksmith work inside, new construction of multi-purpose building, Degerfeldschule in 35510 Butzbach
General construction description:
In the course of the expansion of all-day care, a 3-storey multi-purpose building is being built as an extension in the northern area of the Degerfeld School in Butzbach. In the north, the city of Butzbach is planning to build an access road, which will replace the current paved dirt road and, after completion, will serve as an access road for the new construction area. As a result of this measure, the changes to the northern property boundary of the school also took place. Construction of this new road is scheduled to begin in 2024. Supply, disposal and rescue vehicles (ambulance / fire brigade) can also reach the new extension of the Degerfeldschule directly via this access road at the rear.
The shell has already been completed and the scaffolding has been assembled.
The window installation is expected to be completed in mid-May 2023. Furthermore, the roofing work is currently being carried out. Next, drywall work, façade work, heating/ventilation/plumbing and electrical work will start. Interior plastering work will begin in early September 2023, and screed work will start in mid-October 2023. Completion of the multi-purpose building is scheduled for May 2024.
The building was built with a partial basement, in the basement at the same time the technical rooms and numerous storage rooms are arranged. On the ground floor, a canteen area with kitchen, two offices and several sanitary facilities are planned. In addition to classrooms and group rooms, a spacious exercise room including changing rooms and two sanitary facilities will be created on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, classrooms, group rooms, differentiation rooms, offices and sanitary facilities will be created. The play and break corridors on the two upper floors can also be "switched" during breaks by doors to the play and break rooms on the floors. These rooms can then be used as a lounge and play area.
The multi-purpose building will have two staircases and an escape staircase. Barrier-free access to the floors takes place in the staircase to the south via an elevator system. An escape staircase is arranged on the western part of the building. The partial basement 3-storey building is a solid construction with a flat roof. According to the Hessian Building Code (HBO), the new building is to be assigned to building class 5, special construction. Due to a limited number of people of 200 in the dining room / canteen area, it is not a meeting place according to the Ordinance on Meeting Places.
