The aim is to obtain consultancy services within the organisation development field. This includes mapping the working environment, 360 degree manager profiles, manager development programme, coaching, team development, research experience etc.

The service provider shall assist Ptil with general consultancy services and adaptations within the organisation development field. All organisation development in Ptil shall be activity based. It is therefore important that the service provider and the employees who are dedicated to the contract have basic understanding of public administration and the challenges and needs that an inspectorate has, including an understanding of Ptil’s activities, challenges and needs.

The contract involves consultancy and follow up within the following areas:

1. Management and manager development,

2. Working environment and result evaluation,

3. Research and development.
