1. The object of the contract is the execution of project documentation of the construction, extension, reconstruction and repair of roads and networks of weapons of the area for municipal and county roads in Kleszczów, Żłobnica and Wolica, Łuszczanowice together with the acquisition of all administrative decisions enabling compliant with the right performance of construction works and the provision of copyright supervision under the option.

2. The order was divided into four independent parts:

— Cz.1. Expansion of the main road in sołecw Wolica no. 101402E and the district road DP3915E,

— Cz.2. Reconstruction of the municipal bypass DG 101421E and district roads DP1500E, DP1901E,

— Cz.3. Expansion and construction of municipal roads at the service station, including truck parking,

— Cz.4. Expansion DP1900E (Hive. Turkusowa) and the renovation of DG101362E (Brylantowa Street) in Łuszczanowice.

Part 1. Expansion of the main road in Solecva Wolica no. 101402E and the district road DP3915E.

1. Implementation of the project of the extension of the municipal road 101402E and the district road 3915E in Wolica, with a total length of the road layout approximately 2.4 km, with the reconstruction and construction of the network of weapons of the site and the acquisition of all administrative decisions enabling lawful execution of construction works and providing copyright supervision under the option.

3. The Contractor shall grant the entire subject of the contract covered by the basic contract 5 - summer warranty and grant a 3 year guarantee on the subject of the contract covered by the option. The warranty period extends the warranty period.

1. Part 2. Reconstruction of the municipal bypass DG 101421E and district roads DP1500E, DP1901E.

Implementation of the project of reconstruction of the DG101421E municipality road and county roads DP1500E and DP1901E in Kleszczów and Żłobnica with a total road layout length of 2.88 km, together with the reconstruction and construction of the network of weapons of the site and the acquisition of all administrative decisions enabling lawful the execution of construction works and the provision of copyright supervision under the options.

1. Part 3. Expansion and construction of municipal roads at the service station including truck parking.

The implementation of the project of the expansion and construction of two municipal roads in Kleszczów with a total length of 0.4 km together with the construction of a car park for trucks and personal vehicles together with the reconstruction and construction of a network of armaments of the site and the acquisition of all administrative decisions enabling lawful the execution of construction works and the provision of copyright supervision under the options.

1. Part 4. Expansion DP1900E (Hive. Turkusowa) and the renovation of DG101362E (Brylantowa Street) in Łuszczanowice.

Implementation of the project of the renovation of the municipal road DG101362E and the extension of the district road DP1900E in Łuszczanowice with a total road layout length of about 1,150 km, together with the redevelopment of existing parking spaces, redevelopment and construction of the area's weapons network and the acquisition of all decisions administrative and submissions enabling lawful execution of construction works and the provision of copyright supervision under the option.
