North Devon District Council (NDC) and Somerset West and Taunton Council (SWTC) (The Councils) wish to achieve value for money and full compliance with the relevant legislation in the procurement of their fleet including full maintenance arrangements. The Councils also aim to achieve savings through a combined vehicles supply and maintenance contract.
