Glass chandelier.
The Dresden Residenzschloss is a listed building.
The tower room on the 2nd floor of the north wing in Dresden's Residenzschloss was furnished in 1718/19 by Augustus the Strong and served as a showpiece and parade room as well as a presentation room of the large silver buffets and since 1728 the presentation of porcelain stock. This room was completely destroyed in 1945. Currently it is undergoing reconstruction, with the interior design being understood as a historical reconstruction.
The service to be provided here is the manufacture, delivery and installation of a total of 5 glass arm chandeliers, divided into 2 types as follows:
1 piece chandelier, center - 24 arms, 24 lights, spread over 3 light levels (10, 8, 6 lights):
- electric candles, 1 circuit,
- height candlesticks = approx. 1.67 m,
- height suspension (between lamp and ceiling) = approx. 3.96 m,
- diameter candlesticks = approx. 1.15 m,
- Weight = estimated approx. 100 kg (without suspension).
Basic materials:
- Clear transparent crystal glass, the glass shaft parts with optical design,
- handicraft production according to historical production methods,
- all arms, hollow glasses, bowls and plates are made by hand,
- some steel parts nickel-plated with protective coating,
- some brass parts nickel or fire-gilt,
- the textile wrapping takes place on site,
- The tassels are produced by the customer and installed by the contractor.
4 pieces chandelier, outside:
- 12-arm, 12 lights, spread over 2 light levels (8 and 6 lights),
- electric candles, 1 circuit,
- height candlesticks = approx. 1.14 m,
- height suspension (between lamp and ceiling) = approx. 4.08 m,
- Diameter candlestick = approx. 0.85 m,
- Weight = estimated about 70 kg (without suspension).

At the time of the candlestick assembly, the tower room will already be in operation as part of the exhibitions of the Staatliche Kunstsammlungen in the Dresden Residenzschloss.
