The purpose of the contract is the production and delivery of electronic meal voucher cards and the issue of meal vouchers in electronic form for the employees of the Belgian railways.

The meal vouchers will be loaded on an electronic payment card which will be personal and which will be recharged monthly by the purchaser.

As an option, the bidder will offer offers for the provision of gift certificates and eco-checks.

The contracting authority allocates nearly 450,000 meal vouchers to its 29,000 employees monthly.

The contract will have to start on 1.10.2019 and will have a duration of four years from this date, and is non-renewable.

The service will be provided continuously.
