ICT Asunnot Oy solicites tenders for the implementation of the optimization of the heat control of residential building projects located in Turku. The acquisition includes apartment-specific temperature and humidity sensors installed and connecting the sites to intelligent heating control.
The procurement is the subject of a contract with one supplier.
A large part of TVT Asunnot Oy's residential building projects still use a traditional temperature control solution without smarter optimization, for example. based on weather forecasts or data measured from apartments. The aim of the procurement is to install apartment-specific temperature and humidity sensors in these locations and to connect the sites to a more intelligent heat control circuit.
This invitation to tender invites prices for the following packages:
1) Wireless apartment sensor installed (eur/apartment)
2) Measurement data management service (eur/month/apartment)
3) Heating regulator installed (eur/regulator)
4) Intelligent control for heating controller service (eur/month/apartment)
5) Integration of the heating controller into the services "Metering data management" and "Intelligent control for the heating controller" (eur/controller)
The requirements for equipment and services are defined in Annex 1 to the call for tenders.
The scope of the acquisition is approximately 3,000–6,000 apartments. The properties will be identified and the exact number of sites and apartments will be decided after competitive tendering. Apartment sensors are installed in all apartments of selected residential buildings.
For the first 3,000 apartments, the aim is to start using the service as soon as possible. For these apartments, the solution must be in working order within 5 months of confirming the order.
The most common single heating controller model in TVT Asunnot Oy's residential buildings is the Danfoss ECL Comfort 310. Some of the sites use older control models. Heating regulators are replaced in those places where it is not possible to connect the old regulator to a more intelligent control. The number of switchable controllers will become clear after competitive bidding.
The basis for comparing the overall economic advantage of tenders is the price. From the offers received, the cheapest in terms of price is selected.
