The public service contract is a national contract whose purpose is to carry out periodic regulatory checks and technical checks carried out at the request of Pôle Emploi. The procurement takes the form of a framework agreement executed through the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code concluded without a minimum threshold but with a maximum threshold expressed in value. For the duration of the procurement contract, the maximum is as follows: EUR 2 300 000 excluding VAT. The licensee's attention is drawn to the fact that the licensee is committed to the maximum amount of the procurement.
