1. The subject of the order is the Cleaning Service and maintenance of the building and property of the Pomeranian Academy in Slupsk.

2. The Ordering Party authorizes the submission of tenders for individual parts of the order. This order consists of 2 parts:

Part No. 1 - Internal cleaning

Part No 2 - External cleaning

An offer may be made for one or more parts.

3. A detailed description of the item of the order is contained in Part III of this SWZ.

4. The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor with whom the contract will be concluded shall hold liability insurance for the entire period of the Agreement in the scope of the business related to the subject of the contract for the guarantee sum:

For parts no. 1 - min. 2 000 000,00 PLN.

For part no. 2 — min. 150 000,00 PLN
