Heim and Oppdal municipalities, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement regarding leasing of cars.

The contracting authority have a clear environmental profile and it has been decided that the procurement of the municipalities new car fleet should be electric cars. Cars running on fossil fuels should only be procured if the needs cannot be met in a satisfactory manner or at reasonable cost, compared to electric cars or other environmentally friendly alternatives.
