1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in winter maintenance of sidewalks, stairs, parking bays and post-winter cleaning of sidewalks, stairs, parking bays at the request of the Ordering Party in the city of Skarżysko – Kamienna.
Detailed scope of the item of the order:
1. Cleaning the surface of sidewalks across the entire width;
2. Snow scraping;
3. Elimination of slipperiness, glaciation, black ice, slush slippery and slush;
4. Removal of excess snow at the request of the Ordering Party;
1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in winter maintenance of sidewalks, stairs, parking bays and post-winter cleaning of sidewalks, stairs, parking bays at the request of the Ordering Party in the city of Skarżysko – Kamienna.
Detailed scope of the item of the order:
1. Cleaning the surface of sidewalks across the entire width;
2. Snow scraping;
3. Elimination of slipperiness, glaciation, black ice, slush slippery and slush;
4. Removal of excess snow at the request of the Ordering Party;
Under the contract, the Contractor assumes the obligation to perform the winter sidewalk maintenance service, i.e. to:
1. thorough scooping of snow and slush several times, sprinkling with roughening material and removing snow and slush from the pavement surface with a minimum width of 1.5 m on an ongoing basis so as to prevent leaving an uncompacted (spreading) layer of snow hindering the movement of pedestrians - with simultaneous or separate occurrence of weather factors: precipitation, storms and slipperiness, leading to cleaning from snow and slush sidewalks immediately after the rainfall stops;
2. in the absence of snowfall at simultaneous temperatures below 00C or positive temperatures during the day and negative at night. As part of the service, the Contractor is obliged to systematically clean the surface
from the layer of snow or slush left after precipitation by removal, carving and removal of the carved layer, thus preventing the formation of a glaciated, compacted and frozen to the surface layer of ice

A detailed range of areas intended for post-winter cleaning is set out in Annex 11.
A detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (detailed technical specification) is specified in Annex 9 to the SWZ.
Attention:
The Ordering Party reserves the right to make quantitative changes to the ordered services constituting the subject of the contract, while maintaining the minimum guaranteed contract value of a given part in the amount of 30%, depending on the needs.
