1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate where residents live, located in the Łomianki Commune and the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate where residents live, located in the Łomianki Commune and the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste. The service should be provided in such a way as to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced. The Contractor shall comply with legal provisions during the term of the contract, in particular:
1) the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities,
2) the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste,
3) the provisions of the Act of 27 April 2001. Environmental Protection Law,
4) provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners,
5) the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions,
6) provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for Mazovia,
7) the binding resolution of the City Council in Łomianki on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Łomianki Commune,
8) Other legal acts that have been created and are in force during the duration of the service.
2. The contract shall cover the following tasks:
1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents live,
2) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (GPSZOK),
3) collection, transport and development of post-Christmas Trees from the owners of inhabited real estate located in the Łomianki commune,
4) collection, transport and management of waste from Selective Collection Points for Expired Medicines,
5) delivery and distribution of bags and waste containers,
6) delivery of containers and containers to handle GPSZOK,
7) emptying segregation sets in public areas,
8) maintaining cleanliness and order around the containers.
