1. Collection, transport and management of unsorted waste (mixed, other than hazardous and inert waste) and sorted from inhabited real estate

And uninhabited from the commune of Żurawica from the following towns: Wyszatyce, Bolestraszyce, Buszkowiczka, Buszkowice, Żurawica, Orzechowce, Maćkowice, Batycze, and Kosienice.

All activities should be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations,

And in particular with:

- the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws 2018, item 992, as amended)

- the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1454, as amended)

- the Act of 27.4.2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws 2018, item 799, as amended)

- Resolution of the Gmina Żurawica Council No. XXV / 164/16 of 30.8.2016 on the adoption of the "Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Żurawica commune" as amended by Resolution No. XL / 263/17 of the Żurawica Municipality Council of 17.8.2017. .

- resolution of the Żurawica Commune Council of 28.7.2016 XXIV / 154/16 on determining the detailed method and scope of rendering municipal waste collection and management services in exchange for the municipal waste management fee as amended by Resolution No. XL / 264 / 17.

2. Collection, transport and management of unsorted waste (mixed other than hazardous and inert waste) and sorted from segregation containers from multi-apartment buildings located in the Żurawica commune and from public buildings, as well as from roadside baskets of approx. 55 items in Żurawica and baskets at stops - approx. 45 items

3. Collection of mixed and segregated waste will take place in accordance with the principles set out in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Żurawica Resolution No. XL / 263/17 of the Council of the Commune of Żurawica of 17.8.2017.

4. Collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Wyszatyce.

5. Cleaning and maintaining cleanliness and emptying of containers at the Cyclists Service Place in Bolestraszyce.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 9 to the ToR.

The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the general conditions of the contract, constituting Annex 5 to the ToR.
