this framework agreement covers the provision of pick-up, washing, marking, traceability, simple repair (buttons, pressures, slides, seams ...) and ironing of agents' work clothes and other textile articles of various municipal services, primary and nursery schools of the City and the Communal Centre for Social Action of Salon-De-Provence.The Framework Agreement with minimum and maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The annual thresholds are defined as follows: minimum of 15,000 euro(s) HT (10,000 for the city and 5,000 for the Ccas) and maximum of 115,000 euro(s) HT (70,000 for the city and 45,000 for the Ccas)
