1.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of diagnostic and ablative catheters, cables
and equipment for electrophysiological procedures, pacemakers, electrodes, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators with accessories divided into 10 tasks.
1.2. Assortment, quantity and price specifications are specified in Appendices No. 2/1 to 2/10 to the Terms of Reference, which the Contractor is obliged to fill in and attach to the offer.

Technical specifications with technical and functional parameters of the ordered products, as well as quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendices No. 2/4a to No. 2/10a to the Terms of Reference, which the Contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the offer.
