PWN manages the underground pipeline network for the distribution of drinking water to its customers in North Holland. In order to maintain and adapt this pipeline network, work is being carried out on main pipelines and on service pipes (connections) in the South area. These are pipes with a diameter up to DN300.

Regio Zuid consists of the following municipalities: Aalsmeer, Amstelveen, Blaricum, Bloemendaal, Gooise Meren, Haarlem, Haarlemmermeer, Huizen, Laren, Uithoorn, Velsen, Wijde Meren, Zandvoort and Amsterdam city area Weesp.

Carrying out the following work on drinking water pipes DN<400:

- remediation including connections

- reconstructions including connections

- solo connections: new construction, removals, changes

Carrying out the following work on drinking water pipes DN<400:

- assistance with - or independently solving malfunctions

- repairing defective fire hydrants and valves

- organizing a 24x7 breakdown service

- assisting in the discharge of pipes
