The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of PPE (lighting of streets, squares and public roads) to which the status of final customers (as understood in Article 3 (13a) of the Act of 13.04.1997. Energy Law) have entities affiliated under a purchasing group formed on the basis of the powers of attorney granted to the Municipality of Lubin.

Energy Law) have entities affiliated under a purchasing group formed on the basis of the powers of attorney granted to the Municipality of Lubin. Amount of PPE — 4,623 pcs, Estimated volume of electricity consumption: 57,730 483 kWh.

2.A detailed statement of customers, including the determination of their location, connection power and specified energy tariff, together with a list of the number of meters, shall be determined by the Annex to SWZ.
