1 The subject of the order is delivery to the Ordering Party's location in the Polish in accordance with the quantitative allocator constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Proposed Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) (depending on the part for which the Agreement is concluded):

a) metal cabinet class S1 model 1 – 11 pcs.,

b) metal cabinet class S1 model 2 – 2 pcs.,

1.2 Part II: - cabinets with key closure for the storage of classified documentation:

a) class S1 model 3 – 9 pcs.,

b) class S1 model 4 – 7 pcs.,

c) class S1 model 5 – 1 pc,,

d) class S1 model 6 – 1 pcs.,

1.3 Part III - cabinets with key closure for storing classified documentation:

a) class S2 model 7 – 1 pc.,

b) class S2 model 8 – 5 pcs.,

hereinafter referred to as 'Cabinets';

move and set up the Cabinets in the indicated rooms/places at the place of delivery.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the PPU (the content of Annex No. 1 depends on the part for which the Agreement is concluded).
