For this purpose, the implementation of a supplementary remediation investigation with subsequent remediation planning is necessary. Optionally, expert services for the preparation and implementation of soil and groundwater remediation are to be offered.

The services to be awarded include the implementation of a supplementary remediation investigation (SU) and preparation of a remediation plan (SP) in accordance with BBodSchG / BBodSchV.

The work to be awarded is divided into two separate processing steps (processing phase I and processing phase II).

Stage I comprises:'

1. Preparation of a remediation study

2. Preparation of a recovery plan

'

The processing phase II (option) consists of:

1. Implementation planning for soil and groundwater remediation

'

2. Preparation and participation in the award of works, supplies and services

'

3. Project management/site management soil and groundwater remediation

'

4. On-site construction supervision soil and groundwater remediation

'

5. Safety coordination for soil and groundwater remediation

'

6. Documentation of soil and groundwater remediation

The time estimates specified in the bill of quantities are to be understood as the basis for calculation. A fee offer for processing phases I and II must be made. The contract is initially awarded for the services of the restructuring phase I.

The client reserves the right to commission the services of processing phase II (option) within the framework of the overall measure (processing phase I and II).

There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of these services as well.

The fee is evaluated on the basis of the offer for processing phases I and II.
