The procurement is a framework agreement for consultancy services planning based on the prevailing traffic situation regarding the specialist areas of external sewerage, ground construction, traffic, electricity and stormwater for Kungälv municipality.

Agreements will be signed with a maximum of five (5) suppliers. Call-offs with an estimated value up to SEK 800,000 are made through

Ranking.

The consultants are ranked and the one below who is number one is asked about assignments first. If he declines within the time that time passes

The assignment is passed on to consultant number two and so on. Consultant number one is always asked first in the event of a new assignment.

Normally, the consultant is given five (5) working days to accept or decline the assignment.

For call-offs with an estimated value between SEK 800,000 – SEK 1,500,000, this is done through renewed competitive tendering. The basis of

Award in the event of a renewed call for competition is the lowest price based on the requirements stated in the order letter.

Large projects, such as new construction, renovations and extensions or projects with special focus/requirements or with an estimated value

over SEK 1,500,000, not included in this contract. In these cases, the customer carries out its own separate procurement through new

anbudsräkning.

The individual assignments that are ordered during the framework agreement period may include feasibility study, pre-planning, detailed design according to requirements stated in the contract.

Please note that there may be signed adjacent framework agreements whose scope is not included in this assignment, such as traffic investigations, noise, risk analyses for vibrations, etc.
