It concerns the acquisition of telecommunications products and services, to meet the needs of the Municipality of Combs-la-Ville, in terms of communications between its various sites and the public network.

Provision of access to the public network:

- analog access;

- access for two to four simultaneous calls (of the “basic access, T0” type);

— access for six to twelve simultaneous communications (basic access, T0);

- access to the public network beyond twelve simultaneous calls (of the “primary access, T2” type).

Routing of telephone traffic for access to objects in lot 1:

- incoming from all sources;

- outgoing to local, national, mobile and international;

- outgoing to special numbers and emergency numbers;

— complementary services of coloured numbers.

The following mobile telephony services:

- routing of incoming and outgoing calls;

- data exchange;

- terminals, accessories.

- site interconnection services;

- internet access services;

- fixed telephony over IP of the main site;

— Supervisory services.
