The overall solution offered can include several software products. However, a solution must be offered by a general contractor.

The solution is to be provided as "Software as a Service" and operated over the entire term of the contract. Implementation, operation and support for the overall solution is a mandatory part of the offering.

In addition, process services, especially in standardized, non-differentiating business processes, are requested. These can optionally be offered as a supplement.
