This selection guide explains the selection phase of the assignment "Sale under conditions of Markt 21-25-27, Gentpoortstraat 1/21 and Kaaistraat 10". It concerns patrimony that is owned by the city.

With this selection guide, the contracting authority invites interested parties to submit an application to participate in this contract. This selection guide only aims to select suitable candidates who will be invited to submit a tender at the next stage of the award procedure on the basis of the specifications that will only be submitted to the selected candidates.

The selection thread has been issued, without pursuing any completeness, only to give interested candidates the opportunity to apply for participation. The contracting authority reserves the right, in the course of the procedure, to derogate from the provisions of this selection thread, without prejudice to transparency, objectivity and equal treatment. The contracting authority will only do so to the extent that this does not lead to any distortion of competition or discrimination against the candidates. To this end, candidates will be explicitly informed of possible deviations, adjustments or additions.

This selection guide is an integral part of the assignment documents. Assignment documents refer to the documents applicable to the assignment, including any additional and other documents to which they refer.
