- Building B: 2 aisles in 1 building, R+4, with 18 dwellings + 1 commercial space on the ground floor + 1 boiler room
- Buildings C: 4 aisles in 4 buildings, R+3, with 32 dwellings
Consistency of the work: Work on the façade, repair of the waterproofing and insulation of the existing roofs, thermal flocking on the underside of the floor, replacement of exterior joinery and shading, replacement of railings and renovation of metal structures, repainting, refurbishment of the existing boiler room and the monotube system, implementation of low-pressure ventilation with lining of the vertical ducts, Electrical safety of the dwellings, replacement of the lights on the facades and underpinning work (enlargement of the hopper on the roof with reinforcement of the structure and exterior work)
