The city of Nuremberg is planning to extend the tram from Allersberger Strasse into the development area of the development plan no. 4600 “Brunecker Strasse” up to the Bauernfeindstrasse subway station. As part of a feasibility study, a rough preliminary planning for the entire planning section Tristanstrasse and Bauernfeindstrasse has already been drawn up. The estimated total project costs amount to approx. EUR 30 million (net). The contractor must first provide the planning service in accordance with the HOAI service profile for traffic facilities, §§ 47 ff. Service phases 1 to 4 (contract stage 1). If the planning and implementation of the construction project continues, the client reserves the right to transfer the services of service phases 5 to 7 to the contractor (contract stage 2).

The contractor must first provide the planning service in accordance with the HOAI service profile for traffic facilities, §§ 47 ff. Service phases 1 to 4 (contract stage 1). If the planning and implementation of the construction project continues, the client reserves the right to transfer the services of service phases 5 to 7 to the contractor (contract stage 2). The contractor has no legal claim to the commissioning of further contract stages beyond contract stage 1 (free option). As additional services, the contractor must carry out the necessary surveying services and determine the expert reports required for the plan approval documents (immission-related investigations, water-related investigations, environmental investigations, subsoil investigations, etc.). Furthermore, the tram's contact line systems must be planned. For planning section A, additional services for the dismantling planning of engineering structures and associated services for structural planning are to be provided. The structural planning services are largely limited to the creation of construction pit and demolition concepts.
