1. The subject of the contract is the performance of protective activities consisting in mowing and removing trees and shrubs in the Natura 2000 area Ostoja Napiwodzko-Ramucka PLH280052, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
2. Order. is carried out as part of the implementation of the project POIS.02.04.00-00-0108/16 "Protection of habitats and species of non-forest areas dependent on water" co-financed by the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment under Measure 2.4 Nature protection and ecological education under Priority Axis II Environmental protection, including adaptation to climate change.
3. Due to the establishment of a plan of conservation tasks for the Natura 2000 Site Ostoja Napiwodzko-Ramucka PLH280052, in accordance with the provisions of the Nature Conservation Act, it is necessary to carry out the conservation activities planned in the above-mentioned plan.
4. Working and final documents created during the execution of the contract must be marked with the logos of POIŚ, GDOŚ, RDOŚ in Olsztyn and the EU.

4. Working documents and final documents created during the performance of the contract must be marked with the logos of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment, the General Directorate for Environmental Protection, the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection
in Olsztyn, the European Union. The design of the logotypes and the requirements for the use of logotypes will be provided to the Contractor after signing the contract.
5. Quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract are included in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
6. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.
7. The contracting authority has not divided the currently awarded contract into lots because the activities covered by the tender procedure cover only one Natura 2000 site and areas located in an area managed by one Forest District.

9. Requirements related to the performance of the contract in the scope of employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated by the contracting authority in the scope of contract performance, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320):
1) the type of activities related to the performance of the contract, which are subject to the requirements of employment on the basis of an employment relationship by the contractor or subcontractor of persons performing activities during the performance of the contract: work – chainsaw;
2) the method of verifying the employment of these persons and the right of the Ordering Party to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements, are specified in §7 of the Contract, which constitutes Annex 6 to the SWZ.
