The basis of the service to be offered is a functional service description (FLB) including all attached documents for the turnkey construction project. All necessary planning services beyond the attached documents are to be provided and taken into account by the Contractor.

The functionally turnkey and fully functional overall realization of the service owed includes all planning and construction services required for the preparation of the construction project in accordance with the service description, including all associated systems. The service owed according to the definition includes a complete, technically fully functional and defect-free construction within the agreed time frame, including all deliveries, services and ancillary services listed in the documents.

The planning for the outdoor facilities was initiated by the client. These are not part of this service description and are assigned directly by the client.

In addition, the award of 'maintenance services' is the subject of the procedure.
