1. The subject of the contract is the supply of poultry meat.
1.1. The assortment and quantitative price specification is precisely defined by Annex No 2 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the offer.
1.2. In accordance with the requirement set out in Article 246(2) of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority, using the price criterion of a weight exceeding 60%, specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference) the quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject matter of the contract.
