Description:
The performance of services in the field of forest management in the area of Złoty Potok Forest Area in the year 2022

1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. — 'Forests Act') covering work on farming and forest conservation, protection of the forest, protection fire protection, logging and breaking timber and tourist development and side use of the forest, to be carried out in the area of Złoty Potok Forest District in 2022.

2. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the areas of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, and tourist development and use of the forest resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of Annexes 3. 1, 3.2, 3.3., 3.4 AND 3.5.

Package I — forestry: Zielona Góra, Bowling, Dębowiec

1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. — 'Forests Act') covering work on farming and forest conservation, protection of the forest, protection fire protection, logging and breaking timber and tourist development and side use of the forest, to be carried out in the area of Złoty Potok Forest District in 2022.

2. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the areas of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, and tourist development and use of the forest resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract, are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in organizational units State Forests. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

5) The implementation of the work included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will be carried out in the area of forestry — specific to the Package (“Package Implementation Area”). The location (forest address) of the individual forestry works falling within the scope of the Subject Agreement is preliminary in Annexes No 3.1. — 3.3. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject shall be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. (1), provided that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

6) In view of the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject as defined in the SWZ, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the performance of the contract subject may also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Establishing a new location is carried out within the subject of the order, always only in the Package Redeemment Area.

7) The detailed scope of the order can be found in the SWZ and the attachments to the SWZ

Package II — forestry: Poraj, Siedlec, Żarki
