The Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial tenders, meaning that the Contractor may submit a tender for the entire contract or for selected parts of the contract: Cz. I — in the facilities of the DOW NFZ in Wrocław 6 Joannites Street (building A and B) and Dawida Street 2-6 (building C), as well as in the building of City Forum 2 Traugutta 55. Cz. II — at the facility of Delegatury DOW NFZ in Jelenia Góra 18 Wolności Street, Cz. III — at the object of Delegatury DOW NFZ in Legnica 7 J. Pawła II Street, Cz. IV - the object of Delegatury DOW NFZ in Walbrzych 1.3,5 Kościuszki Street and the Insurance Service Point in Kłodzko Street 11/2
The provision of services in the facilities of the DOW NFZ in Wrocław at 6 Joannites Street (A and B building), at 2-6 Dawida Street (C building), and in the City Forum 2 building at Traugutta StreetThe subject of the order is the provision of a cleaning service of offices, parking lots, sidewalks, green spaces on subordinate outdoor areas and DOW NFZ snow-clearing services. Services concern the maintenance of cleanliness in premises located in buildings where the Ordering Party conducts its activities, the maintenance of parking lots and external areas belonging to the Ordering Party in the facilities of the DOW NFZ in Wrocław at 6 Joannites Street (building A and B) and at 2-6 David Street (C building), as well as in City Forum 2 building at 55 Traugutta Street.
The Contracting Authority requires, if the Contractor employs deaf-deaf persons, to provide a sign language interpreter in his own right. The presence of an interpreter is required daily, the Ordering Party allows it to be a person providing a daily service. In the building at 6 Joannites Street - building B is not acceptable to employ a deaf-deaf-deaf person.
