the contract concerns the assignment of the Home Assistance Service (S.A.D.) and the Integrated Home Assistance Service (A.D.I.) also for the purpose of activating the institution of "protected discharge", as specified in the relevant Special Specifications.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 58, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, it should be noted that this procedure is not divided into functional lots as the conditions do not exist, since the various services covered by the contract are part of a single type of service.

The contract will have a maximum duration of 36 months starting from the start of the Service and in any case until the total use of the contracted hours and the auction base amounts, with the clarification that the deadline must in any case coincide for all the Municipalities that are part of the Territorial Area.
