Obtaining insurance services for the Environmental Inspectorate.
The procurement consists of the following parts:
1) Property insurance
2) General third party liability insurance
3) Employer's liability insurance
4) Employee accident insurance
5) Craft insurance
6) Motor third party liability insurance
7) Motor vehicle insurance
For each lot, a framework contract will be awarded to the three best bidders. During the first period, the contract shall be awarded, for each part of the contract, to the best tenderer amongst the tenderers specified in the framework contract. The insurance period is 12 months. In subsequent periods, the contract will be awarded following a mini-call among the tenderers identified in the framework contract.
The object of the procurement is to insure the buildings and facilities belonging to the Environmental Inspectorate. The insurance cover solution to be submitted shall comply with the conditions set out in the technical description.
The list of assets to be insured by the Environmental Inspectorate, together with the technical data and risk circumstances, is provided in Table 1.

The object of the procurement is the ownership, possession and use of buildings, premises and registered immovables owned or used by the Environmental Inspectorate.

The object of the procurement is accident insurance of employees of the Environmental Inspectorate. The insurance cover solution to be submitted shall comply with the conditions set out in the technical description.
The insured persons are the employees / officials of the Environmental Inspectorate - a total of 192 +/- 10 persons.

The object of the procurement is to insure the watercraft belonging to the Environmental Inspectorate together with the liability arising from their use. The insurance cover solution to be submitted shall comply with the conditions set out in the technical description.
