The assignment includes:

- school books,

- licenses,

- subscriptions,

- all activities related to the management of an external book fund, including services.

It must be possible for students to purchase any extras (such as a calculator) through Supplier. However, there is no purchase obligation for these extras.

Outside the assignment:

- class sets.

It is a framework agreement for a period of four years. After these years, the Client has the option to extend the agreement two more times by one year. A longer contract period has been chosen to limit the costs for Het Vlietland College. As an independent organization, the costs for a tender are relatively high.

This concerns the provision of an external book fund for all students and teachers of Het Vlietland College (approximately 950 students).
