The subject of the contract is the supply of 35 light rescue and fire-fighting vehicles on a 4x2 chassis according to PN-EN 1846-1 L-1-5 / 6 (container body) (CPV: 34144210-3 - Fire trucks; 34114000-9 - Special vehicles ) and conducting training in the field of vehicle and equipment operation at the Contractor's premises for Users. The users will be Volunteer Fire Brigades from the Wielkopolska Province.
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 30 light rescue and fire-fighting vehicles on a 4x2 chassis according to PN-EN 1846-1 L-1-5 / 6 (container body) (CPV: 34144210-3 - Fire trucks; 34114000-9 - Special vehicles) with a high-pressure aggregate and a 200 l water tank, as well as conducting training in the field of vehicle and equipment operation at the Contractor's premises for Users. The users will be Volunteer Fire Brigades from the Wielkopolska Province.
2. Detailed technical and operational parameters of the cars, required by the Employer, are set out in Annex 3a to the ToR.
3. Special vehicles on offer must meet the following requirements:
a) meet the parameters specified in the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order. The devices and components installed in the vehicle should meet the requirements of separate national regulations.
b) be brand new, built on chassis from not earlier than 2018 and bear the year of production 2019. The Employer requires the same chassis production year for the entire delivery of cars specified in part "A" of the order.
c) have a valid certificate of admission to use the offered cars, issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 20.6.2007 on the list of products used to ensure public safety or to protect health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the admission of these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended). The admission certificate must confirm the parameters of the vehicles offered in terms of the parameters covered by the regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration.
d) have a valid CNBOP certificate of approval for those vehicle equipment for which it is required by law;
e) have a valid approval certificate. If the bodywork conditions specified by the chassis manufacturer are exceeded, a complete vehicle type-approval certificate and the chassis manufacturer's approval for the bodywork are required.
f) be able to use biofuels or fuels with added biocomponents in an amount of not less than 5%.
g) The contractor must provide a list of service stations authorized by the chassis and firefighting manufacturer (ASO).
4. Required warranty period - a minimum of 24 months for vehicles (body and chassis) and 12 for equipment. The statutory warranty for the subject of the contract will be extended for a period equal to the period of quality guarantee.

The users will be Volunteer Fire Brigades from the Wielkopolska Province.
