1. The subject of the public contract is the supply of keyboard instruments for the Music Academy Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz in Łódź.

The order was divided into the following parts:

Hi I - piano delivery - 1 piece,

Part II - delivery of pianos - 3 pieces.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 6 and 6a to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract (hereinafter: "ToR").

1. The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a piano for the Academy of Music Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz in Łódź - 1 item.

2. Delivery also includes transport along with insurance and bringing instruments to the place indicated by the Employer.

3. The Contractor is obliged to provide appropriate packaging and protection of the instruments as well as insurance for the time of transport to the place indicated by the Employer.

4. The instruments must be new, must not bear any traces of use and may not be subject to third party rights.

5. The Contractor's price should include tuning with the intonation of the instruments after placing and placing them in the place indicated by the Employer and tuning with the intonation after the first year of use.

6. The Awarding Entity requires that the delivered instruments be covered by a minimum 60-month quality guarantee period and warranty for defects.

7. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 6 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order (hereinafter: "ToR") - Description of the Object of the Order for Part No. I (hereinafter: "OPZ1").
