This assignment concerns:
Periodic maintenance, repair, breakdown assistance of gas appliances (gas stoves, combi boilers for central heating, bath heaters/gas geysers/satellite appliances) with associated installation parts
Repair of electric boilers with associated installation parts
in residential units of the client on the territory of greater Ghent.
Lot 1• the biennial mandatory maintenance of individual appliances for (central) heating and/or production of domestic hot water in residential units according to the relevant regulations in the decree of the Flemish Government of 8 December 2006:

o combined wall-mounted boilers
The Gasconvectoren
The Gastoestel Waterverwarmers
• the delivery of the "cleaning and combustion certificate" per appliance (where required by law)
• responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of smoke (gas) exhausts of the above-mentioned appliances (where applicable)
• carrying out repairs to the following appliances and accessories (including sanitary supply and drainage pipes), but excluding the complete replacement of these appliances:

• drawing up an inventory of the appliances
• insuring a roadside assistance service 24/24 – 7/7

Lot 6The present contract concerns satellite appliances
• carrying out repairs to satellite devices and accessories (including sanitary supply and drainage pipes), but excluding the complete replacement of these devices
