This consultation has already been the subject of a procedure launched on 22.12.2020 (BOAMP opinion 20-157050) which was declared unanswered for reasons of general interest based on the need of the contracting authority which had to be redefined. The public contract is a framework agreement which fixes all the contractual stipulations. It is carried out as and when order forms are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. Lot 1 and lot 2: the framework agreement is concluded without minimum and without maximum for its entire period of validity within the meaning of article R. 2162-4, 3 o of the public order code. The public contract is a single beneficiary. The public market is processed at unit prices set in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) for the lot concerned.

Scheduled services (in hospital or consultation from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.):

- in the physical presence of an interpreter;

- by telephone;

- by videoconference.
