The purpose of this framework agreement is the execution of all development and maintenance works on the municipal roads, its dependencies, public spaces, including the realization of works on sanitation networks (sanitation remaining the responsibility of the Municipality) and various networks, as and when, and according to the technical conditions on the territory of Charenton-Le-Pont.

The contracting authority decided not to launch the consultation in separate lots for the following reason: the purpose of the framework agreement does not allow the identification of separate services, i.e. the services are not likely "by their nature and having regard to the subject matter of the framework agreement, to be the subject of different lots". The Framework Agreement is based on purchase orders with minimum and maximum: mini: 250,000 euro/tax; maximum: EUR 3 000 000/HT for the initial period, i.e. 24 months.
