ENTEGA AG wants to be on the approx. 5,000 m 2nd large, so-called Grosso site (Frankfurter Straße 100 in Darmstadt) build a new administration building. This building is said to have a total area of approximately 11,000 - 12,000 m 2nd Have GFA and offer jobs for approx. 400 to 450 employees. The new administrative building to be planned should be designed in particular from an energy perspective, in this context LEED certification (at least gold) is also sought.

It is particularly important for the client that the design of the building adequately expresses the special corporate values of ENTEGA AG - innovation, ecology, climate neutrality, efficiency and sustainability. This should also be done in particular through the building materials used.

It is of central importance for the project that the building application is submitted by the end of February 2021. The building will move into in the first quarter of 2023.
