1.The subject of the contract is the provision of rescue services for swimming pool facilities of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center "Bystrzyca" in Lublin Sp. z o.o., according to tasks 1-2: Task No. 1 - Provision of rescue service for swimming pool complexes in AQUA Lublin at Al. Zygmuntowskich 4; Task No. 2 - Provision of rescue service for swimming pool complexes in the Łabędzia Sports and Recreation Center at 4 Łabędzia Street in Lublin. 2.A detailed description is included in the Offer Estimates and the Description of the subject of the contract constituting, respectively, Annex. No. 1A.1- 1A.2 and Annex. No. 2.1-2.2 to SWZ.3.The Ordering Party requires that the activities of the Rescuers' Coordinators performed during the implementation of the subject of the contract be performed by persons employed by the Contractor (Subcontractor) for remuneration on the basis of an employment contract based on Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1976 – Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320). A detailed scope of activities is included in Annex No. 2.1-2.2 to SWZ.
