The Contracting Authority has chosen to outsource the work associated with visitations of training courses to an evaluation agency. By means of this tender, the Contracting Authority wants to arrive at a framework agreement with one market party that takes care of the entire assessment process from the preliminary phase to the moment of delivery of the visitation report and the evaluations.

The activities include supporting the preparation for a visitation, assigning a secretary, panel composition and instructing the panel, setting up the visitation day, conducting a development interview, providing a visitation report and evaluating the work.

Execution of the assignment complies at all times with the current legislation with regard to accreditation and the assessment framework of the NVAO.

All Fontys programmes are inspected every six years. For some institutes, multiple programmes (clustered) are included in one visitation, such as the bachelor's and master's 2nd and 1st degree teacher training programmes, each with a report.

Annex 4 contains an overview of training courses that will be inspected in the next six years.
